A map to cover habitat creation and management objectives for the next 10-20 years – as opposed to long vision report, the map can be printed and put on the wall in a workshop, drawn on, poked at, and discussed, it becomes a part of the daily chat about what is happening.
Detailed habitat management plan – this is the main bit of work to provide you with maps and plans of what we want to achieve in the next 12 months. This is a collaborative process where we work together to create the outcome you can achieve
This will include what to plant, where to plant it, where to create leaky dams and ponds etc. The idea being that you will end up with a work plan for the year and a broad budget for what needs to be done.

All the maps will be created and linked to you via LandApp which you can access.
This package also includes seasonal online check-in meeting with me, to look back at what has been done and looking forwards to the next steps.
There are 2 site visits included (summer and winter) – to walk over the estate with you all, look at what has been happening and needs to happen, if there are new problems and how we can fix them.
Finally, there is an additional 2hr per month costed in for just comms (WhatsApp, email, FaceTime etc) – I have found this so useful with other clients I have worked with, you can send me a message and ask a quick question or stand in the field with Facetime and I will talk you through what needs to be done.
