I have always been a passionate countryside manager with a deep-rooted belief in the power of nature-led land management. Over the years, I’ve worked for the WWT, National Trust, and High Weald National Landscape - my skills come from practical experience and experimentation in the field, with boots-on-the-ground, restoring habitats and watching wildlife return.
As an industry leader in nature restoration, I have worked on projects ranging from 10 to 10,000 hectares, working directly with land managers, and estates to bring nature back into the heart of land use. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real-world outcomes: more biodiversity, healthier ecosystems, bio-abundance, and resilient landscapes that can still deliver for people and production using truly nature based solutions.
